| 3. | Contract Number: This is a client generated contract number. Generally used the by the issuing authority to identify a particular tender. Please note that this is not a unique number and there is often duplication of contract numbers. |
| 4. | Country: In an Africa tender this will list the individual country. |
| 5. | Description: The description of the tender notice as provided by the issuing authority. |
| 6. | Site Inspection: This provides details of any site inspections. The absence of any site inspection information does not imply that there is no site inspection. This should always be confirmed with the client. |
| 7. | Closing date: Closing date as provided in the original notice. This may be later changed by the Client and should always be confirmed with the Client. |
| 8. | Client: This is the issuing authority for the tender notice. |
| 9. | Location: Where the Client's procurement offices are located. This can be different to the location of the actual works or services required. |
| 10. | Contact: Details of the Clients representative where applicable. |
| 11. | Telephone: Telephone number for the clients representative. |
| 12. | Fax: Fax number for the clients representative. |
| 13. | Project Manager: This is the lead professional on the project. Depending on the type of project it may be an Architect, Engineer, Quantity Surveyor or some other company appointed by the client. |
| 14. | Location: Where the project managers office is located, may also be different to the location of the actual works or services required. |
| 15. | Contact: Contact person for the Project Manager. |
| 16. | Telephone: Telephone number for Project Managers Representative. |
| 17. | Fax: Fax number for Project Managers Representative. |
| 18. | Professional 1: Any additional professionals and their details are listed here. |
| 19. | Document Collection: Details on address where documents are collected and any other pertinent information. |
| 20. | Tender Deposit: Details on tender deposits. Before collecting tenders this should always be checked directly with the Client. |
| 21. | Delivery Point: Details on where tenders are to be handed in. |
| 22. | Estimate: An estimated value range for the project. This is intended only as a guide for the user to filter out unwanted projects. If no details are available no estimate is presented. |
| 23. | Contract Period: This is noted where applicable or specified by the Client. |
| 24. | Restrictions: Any requirements specified by the Client are noted here. These include listings on databases, tax registrations, BEE status etc. |
